Cheap shoes made cheaply

I bought these shoes for my mom whom happens to be a Diabetic. I bought a larger size but they look like they are 3times larger than they say. The gold stripe around the bottom of the shoe is unnecessary. It makes the shoe look like the designer threw it on last minute to make an ugly shoe fit better. It didn't work.
