Easy return/ great communication

Giving 5 stars for the return process and communication. We ended up not needing the couch. One thing we didn't expect was that each box has its own tracking number so they came on different days. I emailed the seller and she gave me the second tracking number. They can't put it with the order.. it only allows them to add one. The return was very easy. She provided the FedEx labels and the money was refunded within 12 hours of dropping the boxes at FedEx.
