The pillow is soft and the size that I needed to fill a space at the top of our mattress in our camper. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there was no packing in the box at all and when I cut the box open I accidentally cut the pillow as well and had to then sew the pillow. I considered returning it but did not feel it was worth the hassle when I could just sew it. However, I do feel they should put something around it as I can't imagine it doesn't happen more.
