Great bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best gluten free bread I have ever had!! The texture was amazing, it toasted so good!! I used first for a grilled cheese and then for a tuna sandwich. It smelled really good while it was toasting in the pan. It didn't take long to get the color I wanted. It had a great taste of sourdough and had the perfect crunch with every bite! Honestly, I love this bread and will be buying this now!!

My new favorite bread !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg i finally found a new bread and one that has great benefits in it like, gluten-free, dairy free, nut free and soy free. 100 % whole grain bread. The packaging is top notch for sure. Comes in a nice plastic container and better to keep the bread fresh. The texture is spongy but in a good way,the bread is so soft and squishy love it. Has a nice aroma to it. The flavor is good you can taste the sourdough flavor and not overpowering which i love. This breads hold up well for sandwiches and eve when toasted to.

Love the sourdough-style!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bread is fairly dense and has good structure. For an allergen friendly bread I believe this has good flavor and texture. Normally this isn't the bread I would buy but love the sourdough-style!! I think Canyon Bakehouse pulled this one off!! Very good!!
