I would recommend this because it is comfortable and the waistband and tummy fit well. If the size of your legs are rather large for your size then this is a legging. If your legs are smaller or normal for your weight size then these will be a little baggy. Still a good buy. I personally like the fit on my legs a little smaller so I personally wouldn't buy another pair. But they are comfortable enough for me to kept for the price
