My order went to someone else's address and never recovered the items, nor my money back! I called and told them about it, another was sent and it didn't come! I've never had so much trouble before. I called and got the robot telling me, I'm three days late and will not refund my money or send another because, I've waited too long. Getting to a human to talk to is like pulling I teeth. I do a lot of business with Walmart and never have I had issues like this. I've got another issue as well with the company. I ordered two cross stitch kits. Never got them. Coming in from overseas. I ordered these things around the first of the year. They can't find me, they can't do this or that. A company out side the U.S. I haven't gotten my money back or the items. Walmart is my favorite place to buy from, but it's getting to where there's too many screw ups. Not delivering at the right address, leaving packages at someone else's door. I live in 272 and they're leaving packages at 274 in another building next to mine. I can't see how anyone can mess up on the address so badly. I understand it's not all of Walmart's fault, but someone needs to look into things. Surely, I'm not the only one having issues.
