Sm:)e 2-Pack Light Bright Blinking Purple Foil Fringe Curtains for Events - Birthday, Wedding, Graduation, Christmas, Baby Shower, various festivals Decor Photo Booth Fun!

The wall fringe was great! It was used at my son's graduation party as an "entrance" in the entryway. It gave it a dash of dazzle with it's blue color. I will say though that they didn't "blink". It was wrapped in a package on it's own in the box, and when I opened it up fully, there was no blinking or switch box or anything to make it blink. That didn't really concern me as it was outside in the sun and doorway, so it didn't really matter that they didn't blink. The sun made it "shiny" enough to make it look like it was "sparkling" in its own!
