I was excited to receive this patio furniture, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The set was delivered on June 16, but it was missing chair parts, the instruction manual, and all of the assembly hardware, making it impossible to assemble. I contacted Walmart customer service, and while they did offer a return, they were unable to provide replacement parts because this was sold by a third-party vendor. Returning it wasn't a realistic option since the box is extremely heavy, doesn't fit in my car, and I specifically had it delivered because I couldn't transport it myself. I have emailed the seller multiple times with a detailed list of the missing items, but I still have not received the replacement parts or a resolution. It has now been 19 days since delivery, and I still can't use the furniture. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service from the third-party seller. If you purchase this item, be aware that resolving issues with missing parts may be difficult.
