Jessica Simpson Women's and Women's Plus Waverly Cotton Smocked Blouse, Sizes XS-4X

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the Waverly smoked blouse in Gardenia by Jessica Simpson. The color is beautiful and the cut of the blouse is something I would normally gravitate towards if I saw it in the store. However, the length of the blouse is way too short, I could only see myself wearing this top if I was literally lounging and not doing too much because if you lift up your arms, you can see your stomach so I would probably wear this with very high waisted pants or leggings. Normally, I am a size large in tops I hoped by sizing up to extra large I would get a little bit more length, but I was wrong. I think this style would be much cuter as a baby doll dress or even a maxi dress. I like that you can wear the sleeves up or off the shoulder to change up your look.
