I am really satisfied with this purchase. For background, my house has a crazy 28 windows and a giant 12 foot tall x 10 foot wide peaked top mirror over the fireplace. I absolutely hate cleaning windows (mainly because I am not good at it, try as I might) so we have to resort to having a crew come out twice a year which is so expensive it makes me feel both guilty for my glass inadequacy and a bit irritated. The winbot has been a satisfying and kinda fun solution. I can do a room at a time every couple weeks to keep up with the.grime accumulation year round and weather-related water spots outside so my windows stay nice without the task feeling like a weekend killing chore. It also does well removing dog nose smudges on our sliding glass doors anytime needed. The cost of the unit is less than the just one visit from the cleaning crew! The unit does have a bit of a learning curve to operate and is not cordless so first couple times using it are awkward with a Dr. Seuss contraption feeling, so dont give up - it gets better. For storage, everything, including the solution, has a compartment and all click together into a satisfying tidy little cube. In terms of performance, it is not perfect on the corners so it requires realistic expectations, and you do have to rinse the cleaning pads every couple big windows. I solve this issue with a bucket of water and just agitate/wring the pads out. I recommend purchasing a second pad so you are running the machine while rinsing the alternating pad to save time. Cleaning the pads keeps the operation streak free. In spite of this nuance. I am still really happy with the winbot and satisfied with my purchase. It has saved me a fortune while keeping my windows OCD- compliant. You just need to come up with an operating routine/system that works for you. I have found the imperfect corner issue works itself out after a couple uses. Overall, the winbot is a great tool and makes my life easier while saving us both time and money. It is easy to store nd does not take up much space.
