Highly recommend this item. It cleans wonderful and I did order extra pads so I wouldn't have to rinse off the pad each time so I just bring more wet pads with me. It does a wonderful job, but I think the Mini would have been a better choice for me, but I still highly recommend this one. It does a great job on cleaning the windows and the higher windows you can just open the window and attach it and you don't even have to go outside.!

The ECOVACS WINBOT W2 PRO Omni is a surprisingly effective window-cleaning robot, though there are a few limitations prospective buyers should understand. In some situations, the robot has difficulty detecting certain window edges or borders and may stop until manually repositioned. This is only a minor inconvenience on reachable windows, but it can become challenging on very high windows where a ladder or occasionally even turning off the power and catching the unit as it releases — may be necessary. I also learned that heavily soiled windows require more maintenance than expected. In our case, some upper windows had likely not been cleaned for years and had accumulated pollen, cooking oils, and general grime. The terry-cloth Velcro cleaning pad became dirty quickly and needed to be washed after nearly every window to maintain good performance. That said, on moderately dirty windows, the results are excellent. The key to success with this machine is keeping the cleaning pads clean. It also requires some supervision, since the robot must be removed and repositioned after each cleaning cycle. Despite these limitations, I still give it 5 stars because, when used properly and with realistic expectations, it performs very we
