I ordered a2x and it's labeled 2x but it's so small it must be a c child's 2x. I got one arm into the jacket and it was about 8 inches p my arm. The shoulder width is about 1/2 my size… HOWEVER, it's very well made, beautiful woolen material and cool… I would recommend for someone with t would fit
