The quality of this scrub shirt is great. iItwashes really well, I hang dry it just in case you were too shrink. I use it as an undershirt because I work in a cold environment. going back and forth between cold and heat it does not retain hot body heat. I wish there were more colors available besides black and hot pink.

True to size I'm 5'4 and 190 lbs I ordered XXL because I wanted the extra room, I'm using during summer and winter. Fabric is wrinkle-free and does not loose form or stretches out. Lightweight Versatile Undershirt

This is such a soft and lightweight shirt. It is meant to fit tight but I got an XL for a looser fit, but would say size up if you want oversized. My typical size is M/L. This is a great undershirt to wear with a vest during the cooler months or even just to lounge around the house. I haven't washed it yet so unsure if it shrinks but seems unlikely based on material.
