Yes, it's exactly the same thing other websites are trying to sell you for $130. I bought the 3" queen size one. The size is exactly the same as my mattress, not shorter and for maybe a week it had a light foam smell, but it went away. My lower back pain got so much better, gone most days. I definitely recommend this item. Don't pay almost a $100 more if you don't have to.

It was so soft and comfortable. I've had the best sleep I've had in weeks. It was easy to take out of the box and install by myself. It is a great value for the price.
