This is a very cute top and the flutter sleeves make the top. I bought a small my normal size but its a tiny bit snug across the bust but not uncomfortable. This top is medium length,it does not cover your butt but is longer than a crop top~it fits between your hip area %26 navel. i thought the material was more like cotton but it also has a blend of a bit of rayon/polyester but it still feels good on the skin.

Not true to size

I went up a size so that they would fit a little loose and it fits like I went down a size. I got the xxxl and they fit like a xl. Plus they seem shorter than pictured and just come to the waist.
