Quality control needs help.

I'm keeping some stars because this is one of our favorite dressings. Most the time the lettuce has a lot of brown yucky pieces we have to pick out. But this time there was dead bugs in it. I already threw away 2 but then after the 3rd I finally decided to take a picture because it was ridiculous. We ended up throwing it out. It was very disappointing. Photos were taken June 22nd.
