Love that it's a combo machine! Both embroidery and sewing. I love to sew and this is my first embroidery machine. I have not had any issues with it since I took it out of the box. There is also plenty of online help and Kevin has been wonderful answering all my questions on the use of this machine. Love the big screen also and the two attachments for embroidery and sewing. Plenty of room for my quilting 😍
