Muumblus Oversized Living Room Chair with Ottoman, Bluetooth Speaker, Rotating Table Board & Usb, Cozy Lounge Reading Armchair Indoor, Green Corduroy

We purchased this chair in green for my mum. Overall, it is a handsome chair with very soft, comfortable-to-the-touch material. The green is a bit lighter than it appeared in the product photos, but it is still a very nice shade. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, our box arrived pretty banged up during delivery, which resulted in some issues with the chair and replacement parts being needed. This is where the seller really earned our appreciation. Communication was consistent from the moment I reached out. They responded quickly, stayed in contact throughout the process, offered troubleshooting and replacement options, and genuinely worked with us to find a resolution. it is attractive, the material feels nice, assembly was easy, and our experience with the seller's customer service was excellent. Responsive, communicative, and willing to make things right—five stars for the service we received.
