RTIC Ultra-Dry Duffle Pack, Waterproof, Convertible Shoulder Straps, 60 Liters, Black & Graphite

I recently returned from a two-week trip to Scotland and Ireland, and I purchased the RTIC Dry Duffel specifically for this journey. The bag performed exceptionally well—it kept all of my belongings completely dry, even during a few heavy downpours. I was able to use it as a carry-on for all of our flights, except for one regional leg from Edinburgh to Dublin. Areas for improvement: While the backpack straps were comfortable and I appreciated their detachable design, the clasps that connect the straps to the bag tended to come unhooked from the anchor points. This occurred several times when putting the pack on, which was inconvenient. Additionally, when I needed to check the bag for the regional flight, I was somewhat concerned about its durability in the cargo hold. A waist belt would also be a valuable addition for improved comfort during longer walks or hikes. Overall impression: The RTIC Dry Duffel withstood two weeks of extensive travel by plane, train, bus, and car, keeping my clothing and personal items dry and protected from the elements. Despite a few design issues, it proved to be a durable, reliable, and weather-resistant travel bag that I would recommend for anyone seeking a dependable duffel for outdoor or adventure travel.
