Truly leak-proof!
I just wanted to start off by saying thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this cup. This cup has a really cute design, and is the perfect size for little hands to hold. The lid is easy to put on and take off, but is secure. There is a valve inside that keeps the cup leak proof but can be easily removed to clean or to allow the straw to free flow for easier drinking. The straw is not exactly traditional, so the cup does have to be tipped back to drink from it, but for that reason I love it as a starter cup. It took my son some getting used to, mostly because the straw was such a different shape/texture from traditional soft spout bottles/sippy cups, but it was way easier for him to master than a traditional straw. The cup is incredibly easy to take apart to clean, and only three pieces! Would definitely recommend for a water cup to throw into the diaper bag or even use in the car to keep from worrying about spills!
Good cup for 1 yr and 3 yr olds
Both of my girls were able to easily use this cup. I liked that you could remove the flow valve, great to remove for smoothies! Designed well for tiny hands, really liked the cap, as we use one cup all day for milk. Cup cup got thrown around, nothing that spilt. This cup is super easy to take apart and put together, so nice to have an EASY cup to clean. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this trainer cup this is an honest review!
I like it!
I was really excited to receive this cup from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My now 12 month old is transitioning off bottles and learning how to drink from sippy cups, so it was really nice to be able to try this particular style cup for him. For a straw cup, I personally like it. I like it better than the weighted straw cups for sure. It is easy to put together, use and clean. I don't have a problem with it leaking or spilling. The only thing I don't like about it is the lid cover. I wish it was somehow smaller and/or attached to the cup. The only reason I don't use this cup right now is simply because my son does not like to drink from a straw. He just prefers other style cups, so we're not using the Chicco one at this time. I'm hoping maybe when he's older he'll take to drinking from a straw, so I'm definitely hanging on to these because I really do like them. I think it's a good design. So I'm giving it a good review based on my perception of the cup.
