Great value for the money

I purchased these tires for my Toyota Avalon because they were highly rated by Car %26 Driver magazine. I live in a sub-tropical climate where snow is nearly unheard of but heavy rains are commonplace 4 months of the year so dry traction and resistance to hydroplaning are important to me. I purchased to tires and had them installed on the front of my car for approximately a week before rotating them to the back. The other two tires are inexpensive Chinese made no-name tires. Once I installed the two Pirellis, I found that total road noise went down. Traction was improved however that was to be expected given my old tires were at the wear bars. Overall, I purchased these because I've had good experiences with Pirelli in the past (P7, Cinturato P7, and P Zeros), because they were rated well by a third party, and because they were significantly less expensive then other tires that weren't rated as highly.
