Great product and excellent customer service

I am beyond excited to start fishing with by first baitcast rod and reel combo. I realized shortly after I placed my order that I mistakenly ordered the incorrect reel. I'm right handed so I ordered a right handed reel not realizing that it meant right hand retrieve. Even though I realized my mistake and sent a message to customer service, the product was immediately shipped as ordered. Customer service maintained open communication the entire time and sent me a return label and promptly shipped my replacement combo as soon as I shipped back the original order. Though I have not yet had a chance to actually test out the combo while fishing, I have added the line it came with and have practiced casting in the yard. The reel is very smooth and I'm able to cast with little to no backlash.
