It's a good quality vanity for a small space. It's made with sturdy wood. I was able to assembled it myself. I'm a 5 ft tall, 158 lbs woman and I had no issues assembling. My only advice is to pay attention to the photos since there is no written instructions. Look at the directions and positioning of the wood pieces and count the holes to make sure screws are going in right slots. I purchased for my 11 year old daughter, but this vanity can be for any age person. My only dislike is the lights are attached with double sided 3M tape and there is a wire in between lights. I just tucked to wiring behind the vanity and along the bottom to allow for better presentation. It stands about 4ft tall and 3 ft wide (across).
