Shipped and arrived quickly. Assembly was easy. Can go pretty fast when in the higher gears. I bought for my 15 year old to get around. He really likes it. It comes with a half twist throttle. We changed it out for a full twist. Headlight is very bright. Would recommend.

I bought this bike to tackle the very hilly city I live in. Excellent power, speed, and control. I am impressed. 35 degrees and more 25 mph no problem. 165lbs me 45lbs pack. Seat is very comfortable. 37mph on a straightaway. 80 miles 1 charge always using both batteries and motors. I definitely recommend this one. Difficult to peddle without power but I didn't get it to peddle. I can't say anything about customer service because I don't have any problems and have no questions. I haven't contacted them.
