I was so impressed with my purchase.

This new zero-gravity chair replaced the old one I wore out! I sat and slept in that one for about 5+ yrs. When I got this one and realized it was priced at about 1/3 the cost of the first one I bought somewhere else... I was sooo happy! Then I noticed it felt a little harder to me. That only lasted about 2-3 days and now it is wonderful! Perfect. Just a little tight in the very beginning. Nothing more. All perfect now. The first chair was $180 and this one was $50 so it was o.k. it took a couple of days to loosen up for me. Thank you so much! Enki, Boca Raton, FL
