Sturdy

I have ordered these bags several times. They are comparable to name brands. They are sturdy and I used them several times for freezing meats. Love the zipper because it is easier to open and close the bag.

Strong bags with plenty of room.

We mainly use these gallon freezer bags to hold ice from our ice maker, and they've been excellent for that. They have plenty of capacity for what we need, and the bags are very strong. I especially appreciate having a bag large enough to hold a good amount of ice without feeling flimsy. Although they're intended for food storage in general, holding ice is where we've really put them to work. For that use, I'm very happy with their size and sturdiness.

Better than the "name" brand

I live and die by the zipper freezeer bag, as I have a Nugget Ice Maker, and the Ice goes from the bin into the bag, into the freezer. I can break up the ice, without "breaking" the bag. I don't get leaking from the zipper corners either. This is also good from grapes from my vine, and other fruits and veggies. A
