Received quickly. Well, it's a big chair, but I am over 6'. It may have seemed a bit heavy, but that's normal for a big, solid chair, built with quality materials and steel. I'm not as heavy as the chair can handle, but I chose it that way to make sure it's a solid chair. And it is! The hydraulics, the reclining, the rolling casters, all work very well. Easy to adjust. In short: Good price. Easy to assemble. Practical. Comfortable. Solid. Looks great. I wrote this review, sitting in this chair. I love it!
