It covers up my underpants and isn't hot because it's rayon. In short, the perfect summer garment, even if it has to be hand washed and drip dried. Soaked clean in cold water and a mild detergent, it doesn't fade, and drip-dried, it hasn't shrunk. I tie around myself anywhere between armpit and navel. If the former, it's the only garment I wear, although I confine myself to my house and my porch when I do so. Feel free to deviate from my procedure if you wish.
