The shows are great quality. I love the design and the color, it goes with almost everything for fall and winter. I have worn it to both work and for casual outings. The heel height is perfect for everyday use and if your day involves a lot of walking around. The insole is comfortable and the design is easy to slide in and out of. The shoe came with extra insoles to add more cushion but I haven't had to use it.
