The shows are great quality. I love the design and the color, it goes with almost everything for fall and winter. I have worn it to both work and for casual outings. The heel height is perfect for everyday use and if your day involves a lot of walking around. The insole is comfortable and the design is easy to slide in and out of. The shoe came with extra insoles to add more cushion but I haven’t had to use it.

Love love love these shoes! So comfortable yet so elegant and easy to style with any kind of outfit. This is something I can wear daily with my casual outfits or dress it up with more outgoing outfits too. It works both ways! The material also feels so nice from outside and so soft and comfortable from inside. As a bonus, these shoes came with a complimentary pair of insoles that are so soft. I really love this ankle boot. Its very stylish. The material is very soft and comfy. It fits perfectly. It comes with two zipper. Inner zipper works and outer zipper is decorative. It came with a pair of insoles which is soft and durable in case the boot is bit loose. I didn't need to use the insoles as it fits perfectly. Overall wonderful boots. Looks very good.
