seller waited until the last possible minute to ship. When I asked to cancel they found a way to ship it immediately then finally get back to me to immediately following getting around to ship just to tell me they can't cancel it because they just shipped it. Upon arrival the plastic vacuum sealed bag was ripped so it had begun to form inside the box that was heavily taped to hide the fact. I can't return it because the vacuum sealed bag had been torn. To add insult it was $50 more since it is unique to how the other oversized chase lounges look and feel. Totally disappointed once again. Definitely returning to Amazon.
