I thought these boots would be a bit big. I couldn't order a size 5/6, but the size 7 was the same size as her other shoes! They are VERY LIGHT WEIGHT compared to her other winter boots that were $40. The tip of the shoes will most likely get wet if they are soaked for long periods of time but I'm not worried for that this year because she is barely walking. I got them for how cute they are but they seem to be very nice for the price.
