This is the Winnie the pooh bay girls Rahgus and diaper cover swim suit with UPF 50, in size 12M. This is a great 2 piece dashboard set that allows the parent easy access to changing the child's diaper. The top is a tighter fit to provide the UPF coverage. It has a cute ruffle trim on the shoulders. From shoulder to bottom, it's about 10-12”. It's meant to be a tighter fit. Based on the size measurements for the item, this fits true to size. I do recommend this swim set.

This Winnie the Pooh little girl bathing suit is super cute. I like that it's in two separate pieces to allow for easier diaper changes and changing. The shoulder frills are a cute little touch, mixed with the strawberries and flowers as well. The colors are vibrant, and I believe that it is true to size.
