Disappointing

I hardly ever write reviews, and wish I could rave about this rug, however, I can't. I am a fan of wool shag rugs, and know they can shed and require a lot of maintenance. Well this one takes shedding to a new level. With one vacuuming, I filled the entire canister, and it continued to shed, and shed, and shed. On top of the shedding, it is not very thick. There is one row of thin shag, and then a big gap, and then another row of shag, and this continues throughout the whole rug. We are returning it and know if we keep it it will be a nightmare! I wish I had a pro for this rug...the look gives nice texture, but the shag doesn't stay upright because it's so flimsy and long. Not worth the money.
