I am very impressed with the quality and durability of this e-bike. It's very sturdy and made solid. The shipping was quick considering it was shipped from California. It was packaged and shipped with extreme care in mind. It was a bit of a pain to get the actual bike out of the box and unpacked, but I don't mind having to deal with that as long as it was delivered with no damage. Assembling the bike was pretty simple and took me about 20 mins. The manul that comes with the bike is very vague on how to assemble it. There's 6 pages in the manual, total, and the steps or procedures of assembly, took up just half a page with very vague pictures and instructions. I recommend just watching the assembly video that comes with the item description on the Walmart app. It shows you step by step, in order, what you need to do. Once you watch the video, it will all seem simple to do. Overall, I'm very impressed with this e-bike and I would definitely recommend it.
