Soft, true to color online and beautiful. Satchel with small holding handle and nice crossbody, adjustable. Lining is blue! One small zippered pouch for keys and a card slot built in. Light to carry and strap is kind to your shoulder. All my big bag stuff fit in here with more room left! Went back to order the caramel color. That's how nice this bag is. Hope more colors come our way because this will be popular with many. Looks so cushy and well-made.
