The instructions are drawings, which means pay close attention to details like orientation and pre drilled holes. It took me two hours to assemble at a leisurely pace. For the price this is a nice piece of furniture: solid frame, drawer slides easily, door and lift both work seamlessly. I thoroughly enjoy having the built-in charging station, but two 120v outlets are overkill, in my opinion. More 12v outlets would serve me better. I use bins inside the cabinet to make retrieving items easier. I may get or make slide-out shelves at some point so I don't wear the shelf surfaces over time. I hate clutter, and this hides the clutter I keep at my recliner. I wasn't sure whether I would like the cup holder in the drawer. It turns out I like it for keeping the top surface clear when I'm working on something while watching TV. It fits nicely in my small space and looks so much better than the faux wood/metal small tables I've tried in the past. I haven't found a use for the magazine rack at the back. Anything I put there would be hard to access, so I would restrict use to something I don't need very often. Overall, this is a win in my book for great use of space in tight spots.

This was meticulously packaged with no damage at all. Took me a couple hours to put it together by myself. Only issue I ran into was that there were no pre-drilled screw holes when it was time to screw down the outlet inside the covered drawer area but it was easy enough to screw then into the wood anyway. Very good quality.
