The tutu dress arrived as it looks on line. No real "puffiness" of the skirt. Cream colored was very reasonable and my granddaughter can wear for dress up play or could even wear for good. Soft upper body fabric and tutu is even soft. It arrived on time/bagged. Can be easily dressed up with sweater/socks-shoes to match sweater. Can't go wrong with piece of this lil dress. Seems true to size. Might run a little on the large size.
