This winter hat seems to be of good quality. The exterior is soft knit and the interior is soft fleece. It should be very warm when winter cones as it sure is now in the fall. The label washing instructions are unintelligible pictographs, but if you write to them they recommend hand-washing and air-drying. The top is a little poofy, but not too bad. They have models that are 5 and 7 dollars more but I can't imagine what they could offer to justify the extra cost.
