My hair is like straw because of the gray and low thyroid. I also have thin hair and most conditioners weigh it down and makes my scalp itch. I don't have to use a lot of this to work. My hair feels soft and silky after use and I will probably get 4 more applications from this one packet. I leave it on for about 10mins. I will buy this instead of conditioner and the smell is great and the value is good because of the results.
