I love this bag so much I bought it twice. The first time I bought it from a local store. Unfortunately it started to pull apart. I went back to the store and asked if they'd had any issues with the Kenzie bags and was told they hadn't. When I told them what happened, they offered to return the bag and gave me my money back, which was outstanding customer service. It wasn't something I expected. But I really liked the bag so I went on your website and found that you still stocked it. I actually paid more the second time around than I did the first time! I checked the parts that I had trouble with on the first bag and they were much more solid. I think this one will work very well.
