No real noticeable difference from the green pack

And that's a good thing! If anything, these new blue packs maybe feel slightly softer, but that could just be a batch thing. We are adults and have been using the other Huggies varieties in the green packs for years, including Naturals, and were happy to see the Extra Large make it to the market in those. What we like better about these new XL blue packs - they don't mention babies and simply indicate body wipes, so it feels a bit more normal to have these in the house for adults and seniors with no children. All the same uses everywhere on the body, more appealing label. Some reviewers mention they don't think the size difference is enough, but these are definitely much better for an adult bum!
