Hardware does not fit right

Everything about this item I like, except the screw that holds the dress form when you position it higher or lower. The screw does not fit into the hole provided. So she has to sit at the lowest position until I can rig it somehow with my own hardware. Other than that it is a great value for my money for what I am using it for.
