Too powerful!

It works great as an immersion blender, but when you try to use the attachments, you run into some issues: 1. Even on the lowest setting the motor is too powerful for the whip or frothing attachment unless you put your food in the tall container it comes with. If you are mixing something in a bowl (even one with high sides) you are guaranteed overspray. Especially if flour is involved! 2. The food processor attachment doesn't work very well; probably because of the configuration of the blades. Even on the highest setting I could not get results similar to what I could get from my Ninja blender.

An excellent hand blender

I started up the blender and began to work through the meat. It took me three minutes to do what has been taking me forty-five with my old method! I was able to portion out the food for the week and clean everything up in less than fifteen minutes. The blender went through everything like butter with no issues what so ever. So I was able to do in less than twenty minutes what took me ninety before. This is a light weight, powerful machine and I am absolutely thrilled with it! I think you will be too.
