Duomigo Capture Card

This was my first time purchasing a capture card, specifically for recording gameplay videos on my Switch 2. I use a Macbook M2 Air, and should've been compatible with it. When I installed and plugged everything together as instructed, and opened OBS, the video image from my TV and Switch 2 would not show up on OBS, while the sound did. I had tried countless times for two days to possibly find a fix, but nothing would work. Even looking up tutorial videos that used the same card seemingly worked fine, but just not for me. I believe the problem may lie with either OBS or the capture card, but I feel it is more toward the capture card, especially for its price. The box was also slightly open, though nothing looked used. Buy with caution!
