The Rum Raisin color is NOT a dark tone when applied because this is a actually a tinted balm. It is the perfect neutral and could be worn with any color. Nice shine. This is amazing lipstick.

I loved it. I was scared this lip color would be too pigmented but since it says Lip Balm, I took the risk. So glad I did. It glistens and it shines. So cute and hydrating. My only BUT is that it doesn't last a long time even though after it wears off, lips do not feel dry which is a huge plus.
