very tasty and easy lunch item, even for adults. however, I think the only reason this has higher protein is because it has so much peanut butter. it would be nice if the manufacturer could find a way to cut back on the calories and sugar while maintaining the higher protein. I still recommend this item with the soft bread, thick peanut butter and sweet, fruity jelly. the only thing that makes it better is an ice cold glass of milk.
