It's a great metal litter box, but it came bent on one side so I'll just order another one and donate the one I received damaged. I'll never buy plastic litter boxes as they hold onto the smell, unlike the metal ones that, if cleaned every other day, don't soak up the smell.

This has made a really positive difference for us

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I didn't realize how much odor the plastic litter boxes were retaining, even with regular wash-downs. It's probably a little silly but I really enjoy seeing that shiny base when I scoop, even after months of owning these. The profile is a little higher than what I've had before, and it took my senior cats about 2 weeks to not pee occasionally on the front lip. But sense then it's all been fine. My cat who is very persnickity about the litter, and will go other places if it's not clean enough, has been much better with these, and only 1 accident in months where it used to be weekly.

The matt in front helps from transfering litter from the box to the floor for easy clean-up. It is very easy to use the large scoop.
