Brooks Women’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe - Black/Black/Ebony - 10.5 Medium

I've been wearing Ghosts as my standard gym shoe for about 5 years now - I replace them about every 9-12 months. They are cushioned enough to absorb the shock from high impact cardio jumping on a hard floor, but still allow you to feel the ground enough for rapid turns and agility-focused movements. Great all-rounder, and Brooks are especially good if you have wide feet and high arches.

I think I am onto my third or fourth pair of these shoes and absolutely love them for fit, support and comfort. I use to wear another brand which was recommended to me by a podiatrist but found them bulky and not very supportive. When it came time to replace the podiatrist recommended shoes, I asked around what people were wearing and several said Brooks. I decided to give them a go and have never looked back. I also love that they are available in different widths for wider feet. They honestly are a great walking or running shoe.
