Take better care during shipping

I haven't opened it yet because it's a Christmas gift. The box came with a hole in it. I stuck my hand inside the hole. Thankfully there's nothing on the other side. The neck was still attached to the left of the hole.

This product was so much better than we ever imagined. It is for a Christmas present for an 8 year old boy. When it arrived, we checked it out and it is perfect. This will make one young man very excited at Christmas!! Thanks so much!!

Great for a beginner, like me. I'm sure more expensive builds would have a better sound quality and sturdiness but at this price point it's gonna be great for the first year or so of learning. The bundle arrived with a faulty amp and after contacting customer support through the walmart app they sent me an entirely new bundle with no need to return the original. All-in-all the shipping took about a week and the replacement took about 6 days from the first email to being at my door. Couldn't be more satisfied.
