Super CuTe!!! I'm 5'5”, 145%23, 38-28-38 . I have it in 2 other patterns and 1 solid (Navy) colour. I tried the L %26 the XL and the L is perfect but I like the extra flow of the skirting on the XL. These are perfect for E Tx winter w/boots and a long cardigan but are also perfect weight for our hot summers w/sandals. Fabric is not see thru but is a sheer hand so sun or bright light will let all show if not wearing a long sweater. These dresses are so cute that I will add the slip for summer wearing. If you want more definition stay true to size. If you'd like the skirt area to be more generous, size up one. As for pattern/colour? I bought the rose floral , patchwork print %26 solid navy. The prints look dressier than the solid but the navy can be dressed up with a nice sweater for winter. Summer makes for a causal sun dress w/sneakers.
