I love the quantity of the pills. I take one capsule twice daily. The size is easy to swallow. It really helps manage my pain from Ankylosis Spondylosis %26 Rheumatoid Arthritis that I have. I just really need to eat something when I take each capsule. But it makes my pain tolerable and manageable. The only other medicine I take for pain is an antidepressant. I could never have imagine living life without strong prescribed medication until I found this herbal supplements. You have got to try it for pain management, it works 100%

When you take this supplement, you will feel it right away, or smell it. It works. I take Metformin for high blood sugar and add in these along with Berberine and Moringa Olifera. It all works together in sync.
